连续多个Z形皮瓣修复成人先天性颈部正中裂1例

Repair of adult congenital midline neck cleft with multiple consecutive Z flaps: A Case Report

本文报道浙江省人民医院毕节医院收治的1例利用连续多个“Z”形皮瓣转移修复先天性颈正中裂的病例。患者为25岁女性,因“自幼发现颈正中部皮肤缺损伴瘘管”来我院就诊,入院后结合体格检查并完善纤维鼻咽镜检查、颈部彩超及颈部CT,确诊为先天性颈正中裂,在全麻下行“颈部正中裂切除术+连续多个“Z”形皮瓣转移修复术”。术后患者恢复好,颈部无挛缩、运动无受限,瘢痕恢复中。

Abstract:

This article reports a case at Bijie Hospital of Zhejiang Provincial People"s Hospital where multiple consecutive Z-plasty flaps were used to repair a congenital midline neck cleft. The patient was a 25-year-old woman who came to our hospital because she had noticed a skin defect with a fistula in the middle of her neck since childhood. After admission, she underwent a physical examination along with fiberoptic nasopharyngoscopy, neck ultrasound, and neck CT, and was diagnosed with a congenital midline neck cleft. Under general anesthesia, she underwent a "midline neck cleft excision with reconstruction using multiple consecutive Z-plasty flaps." Postoperatively, the patient recovered well, with no neck contracture, unrestricted movement, and the scar healing nicely.
