Abstract:Non-intestinal adenocarcinoma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (non-ITAC) is a rare malignant tumor whose pattern of distant metastasis remains unclear, with parotid gland metastasis being exceptionally rare. This article reports a clinical case of non-ITAC with distant metastasis to the parotid gland, along with a review of relevant literature. The patient''s clinical presentation, imaging characteristics, pathological and immunohistochemical findings, treatment strategies, and follow-up outcomes are summarized. This case provides new insights for the management of recurrent or metastatic non-ITAC patients.
