喉接触性肉芽肿预后相关因素的研究进展

喉接触性肉芽肿(LCG)，也称为声带突肉芽肿或喉接触性溃疡，是一种罕见的良性病变，具有难治愈、易复发的特点。临床上部分患者常出现保守治疗无效、无法耐受药物治疗或手术后复发以及后续治疗方案难以选择等问题。因此针对不同患者选择个体化治疗方案非常重要。目前对LCG预后相关因素的综合研究较少，本文复习相关文献，对影响预后的相关因素进行综述与总结，为LCG患者获得可靠的治疗预期、制定个体化的治疗方案提供依据。

Abstract:

Laryngeal contact granuloma (LCG), also known as vocal process granuloma or laryngeal contact ulcer, is a rare benign lesion that is difficult to cure and prone to recurrence. In clinical practice, some patients often have problems such as ineffective conservative therapy, inability to tolerate drug treatment or postoperative recurrence,and difficulty in choosing subsequent treatment plans.Therefore, it is very important to choose individual treatment regimen for different patients. At present, there are relatively few comprehensive studies on the prognostic factors of LCG. This paper reviewed the relevant literature, and summarized the prognostic factors,which would provide a basis for LCG patients to obtain reliable treatment expectations and formulate individualized treatment plans.
