鼻缺损修复是临床修复重建工作中面临的重大挑战之一，在修复重建手术过程中必须充分考虑外被皮肤、支撑支架及鼻腔衬里三层结构的分层重建。衬里结构的重建是鼻缺损修复手术成功的关键环节。合适的衬里修复重建能够有效避免鼻部感染、鼻外形挛缩及鼻腔狭窄，同步实现鼻部外形美学和功能恢复。鼻腔衬里重建的方法学经历了从简单到复杂、从单一到多元的漫长发展历程。因此，本文重点从鼻腔衬里重建方法出发，分析各种手术方法的利弊和修复技巧，以期为鼻缺损修复重建提供一定的临床思路。

Abstract:

Nasal defect reconstruction is one of the major challenges in clinical reconstructive surgery. In the process of reconstruction, the layered restoration of the three structures including the external skin, the supporting framework, and the nasal lining must be fully considered. Reconstruction of the lining structure is a critical step for successful nasal defect repair. Appropriate lining reconstruction can effectively prevent nasal infections, contractures affecting nasal appearance, and nasal cavity stenosis, thereby achieving simultaneous aesthetic and functional nasal reconstruction. The methodology for nasal lining reconstruction has undergone a long process of development, progressing from simplicity to complexity and from singularity to diversity.. Therefore, this review focuses on nasal lining reconstruction methods, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical techniques and reconstruction skills, aiming to provide practical clinical insights for nasal defect reconstruction.
