    目的 基于尿液代谢组学探索阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的代谢特征,筛选潜在生物标志物,分析潜在关键代谢通路。方法 选取42例OSA患者作为OSA组,另同期选取40名健康志愿者作为对照组,收集两组人群的尿液标本,通过应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术 (GC-MS) 来进行非靶向代谢组学分析,筛选出差异代谢产物及其主要涉及的代谢途径。结果 通过质谱分析与筛选,鉴定22种差异代谢产物,以及这些差异代谢产物主要涉及的9种代谢途径。结论 通过尿液代谢组学分析获得的差异代谢产物和代谢途径有助于更好地了解OSA的代谢特征,可望作为预测诊断OSA的潜在尿液生物标志物。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the metabolomic characteristics of patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) based on urinary metabolomic, screen potential biomarkers, and analyze potential key metabolic pathways. Methods A total of 42 OSA patients were selected as the OSA group, while 40 healthy volunteers were chosen as the control (non-OSA) group. Urine samples from the two groups were collected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Untargeted metabolomic analysis was performed to screen out differential metabolites and their main metabolic pathways. Results The GC-MS analysis and screening identified 22 differential metabolites, as well as 9 metabolic pathways that these differential metabolites were involved in. Conclusion The differential metabolites and metabolic pathways obtained through urinary metabolomic analysis can help to better understand the metabolic characteristics of OSA, and are expected to serve as potential urinary biomarkers for the prediction and diagnosis of OSA.
