    粘连性中耳炎(AdOM)是一种治疗棘手的慢性中耳炎症,其特征是中耳腔内的黏膜发生纤维化和粘连,导致中耳结构活动异常,从而出现耳闷、耳鸣及听力下降等症状,影响患者的身体健康及生活质量。尽管目前各国学者对AdOM的诊疗有所研究,但是因其发病机制并不完全清楚,目前对粘连性中耳炎的治疗策略尚未达成共识。现随着新材料及新技术的迅速发展,针对AdOM的治疗有了进一步的发展。本研究总结了近年来针对AdOM治疗的文献报道,对其分型及治疗进行综述,以期为AdOM的诊治提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Adhesive otitis media (AdOM) is a chronic inflammation of the middle ear that is difficult to treat. It is characterized by fibrosis and adhesion of the mucosa in the middle ear cavity, which leads to abnormal activity of the middle ear structure, resulting in symptoms such as ear fullness, tinnitus and hearing loss, affecting the health and quality of life of patients. Although scholars have studied the diagnosis and treatment of AdOM, because its pathogenesis is not completely clear, there is no consensus on the treatment strategy of adhesive otitis media. With the rapid development of new materials and new technologies, the treatment of AdOM has been further developed. This article summarizes the literature reports on the treatment of AdOM in recent years, and reviews its classification and treatment, in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of AdOM.
