亚洲人鼻整形的解剖特点与临床进展

Anatomical characteristics and clinical progress of Asian rhinoplasty

现代鼻整形技术体系起源于西方，而亚洲人鼻解剖结构与高加索人种有较大差异，亚洲人普遍具有鼻骨宽大，鼻梁塌陷，鼻部皮肤、皮下软组织肥厚，鼻基底较宽等特点，因此亚洲人群基于解剖特点的鼻整形诉求有其特殊性。亚洲人鼻整形往往需要在现有西方鼻整形技术基础上进行改良，才能获得较好结果。本文总结亚洲人的鼻解剖特点与鼻美学测量数据，并针对亚洲人群中最常见的鞍鼻畸形、短鼻畸形的临床进展作一总结。

Abstract:

Modern rhinoplasty techniques originated in Western medicine, and the nasal structures of Asians are quite different from those of Caucasians. Asians generally have the characteristics of wide nasal bones, collapsed nasal bridges, thickened nasal skin and subcutaneous soft tissues, and a relatively broad nasal base. Therefore, the demands of the Asian population for rhinoplasty based on these distinct anatomical characteristics have their particularities. Successful outcomes in Asian rhinoplasty often require modifications to conventional Western techniques. This article summarizes the anatomical features and aesthetic measurement parameters of Asian noses, while providing an overview of clinical advancements in addressing the most prevalent nasal deformities-saddle nose deformity and short nose deformity in the Asian population.
