Abstract:Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a typical type 2 immunoinflammatory disease. The production of cytokines type 2 by Th2(T helper 2 cell,Th2) and intrinsic lymphocytes type 2 (ILC2) is the central link in the process of type 2 immune response. ILC2 can be rapidly activated in the early stage of immune dysregulation . ILC2 exerts a synergistic effect with Th2 cells that is relatively activated in the later stage, which can serve as a bridge between intrinsic and adaptive immunity in the entire process of disease development. The synergistic effect of Th2 cells and ILC2 constitutes a complex regulatory system in type 2 immune response. This paper reviews the interaction between innate ILC2 and adaptive Th2 cells and analyzes their relationship in type 2 immune responses. It will contribute to a further in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of AR.
