慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)是一种异质性较高且病理机制复杂的疾病，精准诊断与个体化治疗一直是临床难点。近年来人工智能(AI)在医学领域快速崛起，为优化治疗方案和疾病管理提供了新的思路。本文总结当前AI在CRS诊疗领域的相关研究，重点阐述AI在CRS辅助诊断、治疗决策、预后评估中的研究进展和应用，并对未来发展与临床转化方向进行展望。

Abstract:

Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a disease with high heterogeneity and complex pathological mechanism. The precise diagnosis and individualized treatment of CRS have always been clinical difficulties.. In recent years,.artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been booming in the medical field, providing new ideas for optimizing treatment plans and disease management. This article summarizes the current relevant research of AI in the field of CRS diagnosis and treatment, focuses on elaborating the research progress and application of AI in the auxiliary diagnosis, treatment decision-making and prognosis assessment of CRS, and looks forward to the future development and clinical transformation direction.
