人类微生物群失调对头颈部恶性肿瘤的影响及其研究进展

摘要:

随着高通量测序及组学技术的发展，人们对人类微生物群与疾病的相关性研究越来越多，许多疾病的发生发展与人类微生物群的失调有很大的关系，甚至可以作为早期诊断的工具，而在头颈部恶性肿瘤(HNMT)与微生物群的失调相关性还需要大量的实验证明。本综述对HNMT与人类微生物群失调的研究进展进行论述与总结，试图寻找HNMT早期诊断方法，以达到及时预防、早诊断及早治疗的目的，为未来继续探索人类微生物群与HNMT的关系提供帮助。

Abstract:

With the development of high-throughput sequencing and omics technology, more and more studies have been conducted on the correlation between human microorganisms and diseases. The occurrence and development of many diseases have a great relationship with the imbalance of human microorganisms. And it can even be used as a tool for early diagnosis. However, a large number of experiments are needed to confirm the association between head and neck malignant tumors (HNMT) and imbalance of microorganisms. This paper reviews and summarizes the research progress of the disorder between HNMT and human microorganism. The aim is to find an early diagnosis method for HNMT so as to achieve timely prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment. It will help to continue to explore the relationship between human microorganisms and HNMT in the future.
