歪鼻畸形的诊断与治疗进展

摘要:

歪鼻畸形是外鼻偏离面部正中线的复合性畸形，目前歪鼻畸形的治疗主要是开放式入路手术矫正，在手术中需要兼顾外形美学的修复和鼻功能的恢复，尽管有各种不同的手术方法应用于临床，但是歪鼻患者的个体差异性较大，多数需要进行个性化治疗，因此目前仍是临床上一个富有挑战性的难题，尚无一个统一固定的手术方案应用于歪鼻畸形的治疗。本文从歪鼻畸形的病因、分类和手术矫正等方面出发，系统归纳分析目前歪鼻畸形最新的诊疗进展，分析不同手术方案的适用性，以期为歪鼻畸形的方案选择提供临床参考。

Abstract:

Deviated nose is a complex deformity characterized by the deviation of the external nose from the facial midline. Currently, the treatment of deviated nose is mainly open surgery, which requires a balance between nasal aesthetic and nasal function recovery. Although there are various surgical methods and techniques applied in clinic, the individual differences of deviated nose patients are significant, which require personalized treatment. Therefore, it is still a challenging problem in clinical practice, and there is no uniform and fixed surgical protocol applied to the treatment of deviated nose. Based on the etiology, classification, and surgical correction of deviated nose, this review systematically summarizes the recent advances in diagnosis and treatment of deviated nose, and analyzes the applicability of different surgical plans, so as to provide reference for the selection of treatment plans for deviated nose.
