无创矫正在小儿耳廓畸形中的应用研究进展

摘要:

先天性耳廓畸形发生率较高，其病因复杂，传统治疗方案为学龄期前后行手术治疗。目前无创矫正治疗应用越来越多，其对小儿耳廓畸形治疗效果明确，临床应用发现的问题以及临床经验也越来越丰富，为进一步帮助临床医师完善耳廓畸形无创矫正诊疗系统，本文根据国内外文献对耳廓畸形的分类、发生率以及目前无创矫正治疗的技术历史、矫正时机、安装方法、矫正效果及影响因素等进行归纳总结，以期能更好地规范该类技术的应用，减少并发症的发生。

Abstract:

The incidence of congenital auricular malformations is relatively high and its etiology is complex. The traditional treatment is to undergo surgical treatment before and after school age. At present, there are more and more the applications of non-invasive correction treatment, which has good effect on children's auricle malformation. The problems found in clinical application and clinical experience are becoming more and more abundant. Based on the literature of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the types and morbidity of auricular deformities and technical history, treatment timing, installation, effect and influence factors of non-invasive correction treatment, which is helpful for clinicians to improve the treatment of auricle deformity. The aim of this paper is to better standardize the application of this type of technology and reduce the occurrence of complications.
