对于先天性外中耳畸形(CMA)的患者，同时存在着耳廓再造和听力重建两大临床难题。随着人工听觉植入设备的发展，更多不能通过传统听力重建手术改善听力的患者选择人工听觉植入来改善听力。本文对先天性外中耳畸形患者行人工听觉植入的发展现状、相关人工听觉技术的特点进行阐述，并对未来的研究方向进行展望。

Abstract:

For patients with congenital external and middle ear malformations, there exist two major clinical challenges: auricular reconstruction and hearing restoration. With the development of artificial auditory implant devices, an increasing number of patients who cannot improve their hearing through traditional hearing restoration surgery are opting for artificial auditory implants to enhance their hearing. This article elaborates on the current development of artificial auditory implants for patients with congenital external and middle ear malformations, the characteristics of related artificial auditory technologies, and looks forward to future research directions.
