影像导航结合低温等离子在鼻颅底手术中的应用研究

    摘要:

    目的 探讨影像导航结合低温等离子在鼻颅底手术中的应用效果和与临床价值研究和经验总结。方法 回顾性分析2017年8月-2022年3月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的7例采用鼻内镜下影像导航结合低温等离子治疗累及鼻颅底病变患者的临床资料,结合手术治疗及术后疗效进行综合评价。结果 所有患者手术效果满意,且术后均无严重并发症,影像导航结合低温等离子能够提高手术精度,减少手术风险,有效降低术后并发症的发生,在处理鼻颅底复杂病变时具有不可替代的优势。结论 对于累及鼻颅底病变的患者,鼻内镜下导航结合低温等离子具有不可替代的优势,其为精准化治疗奠定了基础,也证明了其在鼻颅底手术中的有效性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the application and clinical experience of image-guided navigation combined with low-temperature plasma in nasal skull base surgery.Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 7 patients with nasal skull base lesions treated with endoscopic image-guided navigation combined with low-temperature plasma at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital affiliated with Nanjing University Medical School, from August 2017 to March 2022. Comprehensive evaluations were performed based on surgical treatment and postoperative outcomes. Results: All patients achieved satisfactory surgical outcomes without severe postoperative complications. Image-guided navigation combined with low-temperature plasma improved surgical precision, reduced surgical risks, and effectively minimized the occurrence of postoperative complications. Conclusion: For patients with nasal skull base lesions, endoscopic navigation combined with low-temperature plasma has irreplaceable advantages. It lays the foundation for precision treatment and demonstrates its effectiveness and feasibility in nasal skull base surgery.
