Objective: This thesis aims to improve the understanding of the Traumatic Pseudoaneurysm of the Internal Carotid Artery(TPICA), as well as the early recognition and timely treatment so as to save lives. Methods: There is a retrospective analysis of the clinical and images data of one case, which has massive nasal bleeding caused by TPICA. In combination with relevant literatures home and abroad, this paper also discusses and analyses the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Results: The patient was delayed pseudoaneurysm of the internal carotid artery, which was then cured by embolotherapy. Conclusion: The TPICA has no specific symptoms in the early stage and can be difficult to identify. And in the event of a rupture, it may lead to fatal epistaxis with high mortality. Early identification and DSA examination should be completed as soon as possible to avoid delay in treatment.
