Abstract:Neurofibroma is a rare benign nerve sheath tumor that typically originates from Schwann cells, supporting cells, or fibroblasts. Solitary neurofibroma has a low incidence in the nasal region, and cases originating from the anterior wall of the sphenoid sinus are even rarer. This article presents a case of a 40-year-old male patient and provides a detailed analysis of the clinical manifestations, imaging features, differential diagnosis, treatment strategies, and postoperative follow-up of a solitary neurofibroma originating from the anterior wall of the sphenoid sinus. The aim is to enhance clinicians' understanding and treatment skills for such uncommon cases.
