    临床非特异性冷热刺激诱发无变应原者上气道高反应表现、加重变应性鼻炎患者相关症状,依赖现有免疫药物治疗效果不佳,上述问题在临床顽固存在但尚无有效解决方案。瞬时受体电位(TRP)在上气道高反应(AHR)疾病中的发现为其提供了新思路。神经-免疫通路是AHR发病机制的重要构成,TRP的表达和激发与其有着密不可分的关系,相关研究最终会阐明此类症状具体的发病机制,成为未来临床治疗及干预的新方向。本综述突出了AHR神经免疫通路发病机制的重点构成及相关TRP通道的作用,且TRP亚家族TRPV1及TRPA1相关阻滞剂正逐步进入临床,TRP亚家族TRPV4、TRPM8有望成为药物研究新热点。

    Abstract:

    Clinical nonspecific cold and heat stimulation induces upper airway hyper-responsiveness in patients without allergens, aggravates relevant symptoms in patients with AR.Relying on existing immune drugs to treat the related symptoms of the patients is not effective. The above problems persist in clinic, but there is no effective solution. The discovery of transient receptor potential (TRP) provides a new insight into upper airway hyper-responsiveness (AHR) disease. Neuroimmune pathway is an important component of the pathogenesis of AHR. The expression and stimulation of TRP are closely related to TRP. Relevant research will eventually clarify the mystery of the specific pathogenesis of the symptoms,which will become a new direction of clinical treatment and intervention in the future. This review highlights the key components of AHR neural immune pathway and the role of related TRP channels.TRPV1 of TRP subfamily and TRPA1-related blockers are gradually entering the clinic.TRPV4 and TRPM8 of the TRP subfamily are expected to become new hot spots in drug research.
