    Abstract:

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is an allergic disease of the nasal mucosa, which is characterized by an immune response dominated by helper T cell 2 (Th2) associated with elevated serum IgE levels. It greatly affects the social life, sleep and work of individuals. AR increases the burden of family and social economy. At present, effective progress has been made in the treatment of AR in immunotherapy, intranasal steroids and antihistamines, and mast cell stabilizers. However, 20% of AR patients did not show sufficient subjective and objective improvement. Therefore, it is urgent to further study the pathogenesis of AR and develop new preparations for the treatment of AR. Micro-RNA (miRNA) is a kind of small molecule RNA regulating gene expression, which is believed to be related to many inflammatory diseases. It has gradually become the focus of research by scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, AR-related micro-RNA was systematically summarized, and the current research of AR was briefly reviewed. This paper hopes to provide some references for the development of this field, which has pointed out the problems that need to be further studied in AR.
