浅谈成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征临床诊疗中的困惑

摘要:

目前在成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床诊疗中存在一定的不规范性，不同科室、各级医生对该病的认知和诊治存在不同的理解和偏差。本文针对不同版本国内指南的异同、结合患者的诉求、临床诊断和治疗中发现的部分问题及存在的一些疑问进行评述和总结，以期更多的同道能一起进行深入细致的研究和探讨，为最终实现该病的规范化、精准化、个体化治疗而努力。

Abstract:

In the diagnosis and treatment of adult obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, there remains some irregularities at present. Different departments and doctors at different levels have various perceptions and deviations in the cognition and treatment of this disease. This paper reviews and summarizes the similarities and differences between different versions of the guidelines, patients' chief complaints, some clinical problems found in the diagnosis and treatment, and some other questions. We expect more colleagues to do intensive research and discussion for the object of achieving the standardization, precision and individual treatment of this disease.
