The teaching round is an important link between clinical practice and knowledge in the standardized training of resident doctors. Taking otolaryngology teaching rounds as an example, this study adopted the teaching method of " evaluation among different grades ". Resident doctors became the main body of teaching rounds, and acted as the role of both "teaching" and "learning", so as to give full play to the learning initiative and self-improvement ability. After the teaching rounds, students' feedback and teachers' teaching reflection were carried out to continuously improve the quality of teaching rounds.
