    摘要:

    教学查房是住培医生规范化培训阶段中获取临床实践能力及知识的重要环节。本研究以耳鼻咽喉科亚专科耳科教学查房为例,采用“逐级评价”教学法,让三个年级住培医生成为教学查房的主体进行逐级评价,同时充当“教”与“学”的角色,充分发挥住培医生的学习主动性及自省自强能力。教学查房后进行教学评估、学生反馈及教师教学反思,不断提高教学查房质量,从而因材施教、以人为本出发,达到良好的教学效果。

    Abstract:

    The teaching round is an important link between clinical practice and knowledge in the standardized training of resident doctors. Taking otolaryngology teaching rounds as an example, this study adopted the teaching method of " evaluation among different grades ". Resident doctors became the main body of teaching rounds, and acted as the role of both "teaching" and "learning", so as to give full play to the learning initiative and self-improvement ability. After the teaching rounds, students' feedback and teachers' teaching reflection were carried out to continuously improve the quality of teaching rounds.
