    摘要:

    在“一个气道一种疾病”的概念下,上下气道疾病通常是并存的,整个气道可以看作一个器官。上呼吸道和下呼吸道表面覆盖呼吸道上皮,在免疫监视和调节中起着至关重要的作用,是抵御各种病原微生物、变应原和组织损伤的第一道防线。近年来,大量研究认为:上皮源性细胞因子,如白细胞介素(IL)-25、IL-33和胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP),是变应性鼻炎、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎和哮喘的免疫致病机制中的关键调节因子,主要参与2型辅助性T细胞(T helper cells,TH)炎症反应,并将先天免疫和适应性免疫联系起来。我们对上皮源性三重细胞因子在上呼吸道和下呼吸道疾病中的作用进行综述,旨在为这类疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供新的思路。

    Abstract:

    Under the concept of "one airway, one disease", upper and lower airway diseases usually coexist, and the whole airway can be regarded as an organ. The surface of upper and lower respiratory tract is covered with respiratory epithelium, which plays a vital role in immune monitoring and regulation. It is the first line of defense against various pathogenic microorganisms, allergens and tissue damage. In recent years, a large number of studies believe that epithelial derived cytokines, such as interleukin (IL) - 25, IL-33 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), are key regulators in the immune pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis and asthma, and are mainly involved in the inflammatory response of type 2 helper cells (TH), And link innate immunity and adaptive immunity. We reviewed the role of epithelial derived triple cytokines in upper and lower respiratory tract diseases, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
