细胞焦亡相关因子在下咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of pyroptosis related factors in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要:

目的 探讨细胞焦亡相关因子半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶1（Capase1）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-18（IL-18）在下咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其相关性。方法 应用免疫组化法检测11例下咽鳞状细胞癌患者肿瘤组织及对应的9例癌旁组织（其中2例无切缘）病理标本中Capase1、IL-1β、IL-18的表达情况。结果 采用秩和检验分析，结果显示焦亡相关因子Capase1、IL-1β、IL-18在肿瘤组织的表达高于癌旁组织（P均<0.05）；采用Spearman秩相关分析方法，结果显示肿瘤组织中Capase1的表达与IL-1β、IL-18表达的相关系数均大于0.6，呈显著正相关（P均<0.05）。结论 细胞焦亡参与下咽癌的生物学进程，细胞焦亡相关因子可能成为下咽癌治疗的靶标，可以帮助治疗下咽癌或判断其预后。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of pyroptosis related factors Capase1, interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HSCC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Capase1, IL-1β and IL-18 in 11 tumor tissues and 9 adjacent tissues(2 cases without matching paracancerous tissues) of patients with HSCC. Results The expression levels of Capase1, IL-1β and IL-18 in tumor tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05) by analysis of rank sum test. The expression of Capase1 was significantly positively correlated with the expression of IL-1β and IL-18 in tumor tissues (all P<0.05),which was greater than 0.6 by analysis of Spearman rank correlation. Conclusion Cell pyroptosis is involved in the biological process of HSCC.The factors associated with pyroptosis may be targets for the treatment of hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
