miR-485-5p在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及临床意义

The expression and clinical significance of miR-485-5p in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要:

目的探讨miR-485-5p在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用qRT-PCR检测76例鼻咽癌和28例鼻咽部黏膜组织中miR-485-5p的表达，并结合临床信息，统计分析其表达水平与鼻咽癌患者临床病理参数的相关性。结果miR-485-5p在鼻咽癌组织中的表达较鼻咽部黏膜组织显著下降（P<0.05）；同时miR-485-5p低表达与鼻咽癌患者的淋巴结转移密切相关（P=0.001），而与鼻咽癌患者的年龄、性别、T分级和TNM分期无明显相关（P> 0.05）。结论本研究表明miR-485-5p为转移相关基因，可能在鼻咽癌转移中发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR4855p in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).MethodsThe expression of miR4855p in 76 specimens of NPC and 28 of nasopharyngeal epithelial tissue was detected with qRTPCR, and the correlations between the expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed statistically.ResultsThe expression of miR4855p was decreased in NPC tissues when compared with nasopharyngeal epithelial tissues (P<0.05). Low expression of miR4855p was closely associated with the lymph node metastasis in NPC patients (P=0.001), while not statistically associated with patients’ age, gender, T classification and TNM stages of NPC (all P>0.05).ConclusionAs a metastasisassociated gene,miR4855p may play an important role in metastasis of NPC.
