头颈部木村病的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Kimura’s disease in the head and neck

摘要:

目的探讨木村病的诊断与临床治疗。方法对2006~2017年确诊治疗的9例木村病患者的临床资料进行总结性分析。结果6例患者经手术治疗，其中2例患者复发；另3例予糖皮质激素治疗，其中1例患者复发。结论木村病是一类罕见的慢性炎症性疾病，诊断主要依靠组织病理检查，治疗方式主要包括手术切除、糖皮质激素、低剂量放射治疗以及抗IgE抗体治疗。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Kimura’s disease.MethodsClinical data of 9 patients with Kimura’s disease treated in our department from 2006 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsOf all the 9 patients, 6 were treated with surgical excision with postoperative recurrence in 2, and 3 received glucocorticoid therapy with recurrence in one.ConclusionKimura’s disease is a rare, chronic inflammatory disease. Its diagnosis depends mainly on histopathological examination. The treatment of Kimura’s disease includes surgical excision, glucocorticoid therapy, lowdose radiotherapy and antiIgE antibody therapy.
