转移皮瓣在外鼻基底细胞癌术后皮肤缺损区的应用

摘要:

 目的探讨转移皮瓣在外鼻基底细胞癌切除皮肤缺损区的应用及效果。方法选取江苏省兴化市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科2013年1月~2016年10月收治的11例外鼻基底细胞癌，所有患者均在局麻下切除病变，皮肤缺损均采用转移皮瓣修复。结果11例转移皮瓣全部成活，且1期愈合，修复后患者外形基本满意，随访1~3年，无复发，无转移。结论转移皮瓣在外鼻基底细胞癌切除术皮肤缺损区的应用效果良好，操作方法简单，值得基层医院推广应用。

Abstract:

 ObjectiveTo investigate the application and clinical effect of rotation flap in defect repair after resection of basal cell carcinoma of external nose.Methods11 cases with basal cell carcinoma of external nose underwent surgical resection under local anesthesia in our department from Jan 2013 to Oct 2016.Rotation flap was applied to repair the postoperative defects in all patients.ResultsThe flap survived with primary wound healing in all 11 cases. All the patients were basically content with the postoperative appearance. Postoperative followup for 1 to 3 years showed neither recurrence nor metastasis.ConclusionWith advantages of good effect and simplicity in operation, rotation flap is worthy of clinical application for defect repair after resection of basal cell carcinoma of external nose in primary hospitals.
