Abstract:

With the development of the industrialization society, the noise exists diffusely in our living and working environment. The incidence of noiseinduced hearing loss (NIHL) is increasing. From animal experiments to clinical researches, NIHL has been received wide attention. In this paper, we will describe the recent advances in pathophysiology, clinical prevention and treatment of NIHL.
