颅底外科涉及到多个解剖区域、多种疾病和多个学科，是最有挑战的学科之一。本文回顾近年来颅底手术入路的改良、颅底内镜技术及磁共振成像技术在颅底外科的应用和颅底多学科合作，探讨颅底外科的发展趋势和前景。

Abstract:

Involving many anatomic structures, various diseases and multiple subjects, skull base surgery is one of the most challenging disciplines. This paper reviews the improvement of surgical approaches, application of neuroendoscope, diffusion tensor imaging and diffusion spectrum imaging, and multidisciplinary teamwork in skull base surgery. Meanwhile, the development trends and prospects of this subject will be discussed.
