头颈部增生性肌炎1例报道及文献复习

Proliferative myositis of the head and neck(Report of one case with literature review)

摘要:

目的 总结头颈部增生性肌炎的临床及组织病理学特点，并对其诊疗及预后进行分析。方法 报道1例发生在胸锁乳突肌中的增生性肌炎的临床特征、组织病理学特点和诊断治疗，并对患者预后进行随访。同时对国内外报道的头颈部增生性肌炎的相关文献进行复习。结果 增生性肌炎是一种发生在骨骼肌中罕见的良性假肉瘤样快速生长疾病。它有独特的病理学表现，受累的肌肉组织中有着大量梭形成纤维细胞和巨大神经节样细胞。单纯局部手术切除后治愈，因为它有自限性或自愈性。随访无复发。结论 增生性肌炎是一种良性病变，病理学检查能够确诊。手术切除即可治愈，因有自愈倾向也可以观察等待。 

Abstract:

Objective To summarize the clinical and histopathological characteristics of proliferative myositis, and to study its diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods The clinical features, histopathological characterristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of one case of proliferative mysositis arising from the sternocleindomastoidal muscle were analyzed retrospectively. The relative literature was reviewed. Results Proliferative myositis was a rare, benign, rapidly growing disease of the skeletal muscle. It had specific histopathological characteristics. There were giant ganglionlike cells and a large number of spindleshape fibroblastic cells infiltrated in the infiltrated skeletal muscle. It could be cured by conservative surgical excision. The lesion could even be observed because of its selflimiting and selfhealing tendency. The tumor of this case didn't recur during the followup period. Conclusion Proliferative myositis is a benign disease which requires pathological evaluation to confirm the diagnosis and can be cured by conservative excision. The lesion can even be observed.
