摘 要：目的 分析Toll样受体-4（TLR-4）和Toll样受体-9（TLR-9）mRNA 在变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）儿童扁桃体组织中的表达及意义。方法 应用RTPCR检测20例变应性鼻炎（第1组）、20例慢性鼻窦炎（第2组）和20例无鼻部疾病正常儿童（第3组）的扁桃体组织中TLR4、TLR9 mRNA 的表达情况。结果 TLR-4、TLR-9 mRNA在第1组儿童扁桃体组织中均有表达，其中TLR4 mRNA在第1组、第2组儿童组织中的相对含量较第3组表达增强，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；第1组较第2组增高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。TLR-9 mRNA在第1组的相对含量与第2组及第3组间相比，第1组表达明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；其中第2组与第3组中的TLR9 mRNA含量比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 TLR-4、TLR-9可能在变应性鼻炎儿童扁桃体增殖过程中起重要作用。 

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of Tolllike receptor (TLR)4 and TLR9 mRNA and its significance in hypertrophy of palatine tonsil in children with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods Reversetranscriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) was used for determining the expression of TLR4, TLR9 mRNA in the specimens of palatine tonsil from children with AR (n=20), chronic sinusitis (n=20) and healthy children (n=20) without any nose diseases as control. Results The expression of both TLR-4, TLR-9 mRNA got enhanced in the specimens of AR group. The expression of TLR4 mRNA in AR group and chronic sinusitis group was more predominant than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the differnce between the former two groups was also statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of TLR9 mRNA in AR group was stronger than those of the chronic sinusitis group and the control group (P<0.05), while the differnce between the later two groups was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). Conclusion TLR-4, TLR-9 may play an important role in tonsillar hypertrophy in children with AR.
